Mental health is a matter of serious concern in today's busy life. There is no time for self-care, love, relationships, family, friendships. The human being is a social animal but due to today's workaholic environment, No one has time to be well being at all levels - physical, mental, emotional and emotional is the most neglected view leading to the most health problems. This feeling of isolation kills the person from inside. Even family also neglects and makes the patient in the same way as society leading to a patient more violent self-destructive. In some cases, People avoid working with them. No one wants to talk support about mental health. It also leads to many crimes in our society. Not everyone is perfect and capable of handling the pressure of society's emotional stress. Some require extra care and efforts which we should understand and respect that.
Upper-class society is comparatively more aware of this and supports mental health and prefer seeking medication psychological consultancy and its not a subject to shame our young generation especially teenage is severely affected by this. Parents don't have time for the children, leading to a feeling of isolation.
