Mental health is a matter of serious concern in today's busy life. There is no time for self-care, love, relationships, family, friendships. The human being is a social animal but due to today's workaholic environment, No one has time to be well being at all levels  - physical, mental, emotional and emotional is the most neglected view leading to the most health problems.
